Payments

Payments can be made through paypal. You don’t need to have a paypal account to use paypal payment option at checkout.  Once you get to paypal it will give you the option to use your visa, master, discover or american express cards. If you are experiencing any problems while completing your order, please Contact Us.

Shipping

All items are made to order within 1-2 weeks.

Domestic shipping takes 3-4 days within the US using the United States Postal Service, ( USPS  ) and their tracking numbers.

Packages are shipped using the address provided at checkout by default. Once packages are shipped, we are no longer liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen orders. Please contact your Post Office directly with the tracking number provided to you.

International shipping is also available. Delivery time may take at least 10 days or longer. Please note that tracking numbers are only available within the Unite States. Once packages leave US borders, USPS is no longer responsible and therefore cannot provide tracking beyond domestic borders. If you would like to request another shipping method, please request via email prior to ordering.

RUSH ORDERS (DOMESTIC ONLY) are available and processed within 3-5 business days for an additional $35 fee (please email to request a rush order prior to ordering). Rush orders shipping are made using the United States Postal Service, USPS. Other shipping carriers may be requested at an additional fee (Please request via email prior to ordering). Shipping takes 2-3 days within the United States. RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Shipping on Returns:

To return your product, you should first email us with your order number at info@stylebybike.com or stylebybike@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns/Refunds

All orders are handmade and made-to-order. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We understand that it can be hard to be sure of the fit without trying something on first, which is why we are happy to assist you if you are unsure about measurements or sizing.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (without shipping cost) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
— Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
— Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Sale Items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days upon delivery for standard purchases only. Standard purchases are items that are purchased using the standard sizes offered in the item description. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging to qualify for exchanges or store credits.

For exchanges, make sure you include a pre-stamped shipping envelope with your returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CUSTOM ORDERS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Custom orders are any items that are altered based on the offered item description, including size, or material, or any other modification thereof. ACCESSORIES: ALL SALES  ARE FINAL.
